A Report on Importance of Job Involvement. Employees surveyed as part of this assignments belonged to a company that is an Indian provider of information technology, networking technology solutions and business support services to the telecommunications industry. As part of this study and effort is made to find answers to following key questions and derive what job involvement means uniquely to each employee who have been surveyed from the selected company.

(1) Assessment of whether all employees usually understand their job responsibilities and if these responsibilities does contribute to their personal growth in some way or not.

(2) Assessment of whether employees are able to perceive ways to improve their performance through their own actions. In addition, if they are able to perceive a linkage between their job responsibilities and their effort and behavior.

(3) Assess if there is a connection between low job involvement scores and dissatisfaction with major job responsibilities.

(4) Check if a well-defined and clear pattern emerges between the response to survey questions (from which the average job involvement score will be derived) and employee interview results.
