All students are required to finalise on a company and its entire product line. They are then supposed to draw up an entire Product mix chart of the organisation. Then putting yourself in the shoes of the product manager, you are expected to make product decisions. You are expected decide on what actions can be taken on the product line - stretching / filling / pruning / modernisation etc-. You could also decide to add or drop product lines. All decisions are to be justified with whatever assumptions you have used. You could also use external environment analysis to come to these decisions. You may use all information available in the public domain. It is understood that you may not be able to get all information so please use whatever information you can manage to get to make the decisions. This assignment may be done in groups ( max 5 people in a group) or individually if you so desire
